Most of the baptisms done at St. Athanasius are baptisms of children. If you want information on Baptism of Adults (over seven years old) go to number (to be determined). |

We do Baptisms both in English and Spanish.
- English Baptisms are on the SECOND SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH at 11 a.m. in the Church
- Spanish Baptism are on the THIRD SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 11 A.M. in the Church.
- We do not do baptism during Lent.

It is required that parents attend a preparatory class for the baptism of their children. (Parents who have attended such a class for the baptism of a previous child may not participate if they so wish.)
- The class (in English) IS HELD ON THE FIRST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH at 11 a.m. in the rectory.
- The session in SPANISH is held in the hall on the second Saturday of every month at 11 a.m.

Your first task is to fill out an APPLICATION FORM for your child. To do this contact a priest at the rectory (650 961-8600) and make an appointment. If there are difficulties, sometimes this task is done over the phone.
